Abstract
|
|
|
The precise mechanism of spontaneous epistaxis is unknown.
In the absence of any obvious local disease, attention is turned to the septum at the Little´s area.
The treatment such as packing, chemical, electrical cautery are temporary.
So we propose new safe, permanent treatment so called submucosal augmentation by use of tragal perichondrium.
